Yoga has been an important part of Allison's life for the past eight years. Her goal is to share the experience of yoga with others by creating a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space for everyone. She believes that yoga is not just a physical practice, but a collection of tools that offer you a path to an authentic way of living. In Allison's classes, she loves to combine Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga along with breath work, guided meditations, and sound-frequency music. Through mindfulness and flowing poses, she seeks to help others be able to connect their mind, body, and spirit together with the tools of yoga. When not immersed in yoga, her other interests include buying new plants, reading, art, and spending time outside.
